What Not To Send

Do not send account passwords, full card numbers, payment account passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or unrelated customer personal information.

How Materials Are Used

Materials are used to assess evidence quality, prepare a rebuttal letter, organize the evidence pack, and provide submission guidance. We do not log into your Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal account by default.
