Can you guarantee I will win the chargeback?

No — and no honest service should. The issuing bank or payment platform makes the final decision. What we do is ensure your evidence is complete, well-organized, and professionally presented so the reviewer has everything they need to rule in your favor.

What if I already uploaded evidence — can you still help?

If your deadline hasn’t passed and the platform allows edits, yes. Send us what you’ve submitted and we’ll identify gaps and prepare a stronger version. If the platform doesn’t allow changes, we can help you prepare for any appeal options.

Do you need my Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal password?

No. Never share your password with anyone. We work entirely from screenshots and exported records. By default, you submit the final evidence pack through your own account.

What if the order amount is small — is it worth paying for an evidence pack?

I’m a Chinese seller. Can you communicate in Chinese?

Yes. You can send materials and questions in Chinese. The evidence pack and rebuttal letter will be in professional English for submission to the bank or platform.

What happens if my deadline has already passed?

If the platform deadline has passed, the case may no longer be eligible. Send us a screenshot of the status page first — we’ll check at no cost whether appeal options are still available.

How long does it take for you to deliver?
